How long does the setup of an order take?
The setup of a server which is in stock takes 1 up to 3 business days. Servers which are not in stock can take up to 15 business days to be online. Please keep in mind that weekend days (Saturday & Sunday) are no business days.
What happes when I come over my traffic limit?
As soon as you reached your traffic limit with your package, your server will get disconnected. You can purchase traffic packages additionally as you need. You can purchase traffic packages already before you reach your limit, so you can avoid at any time to get disconnected.
How many IP-Addresses can I get and how much does it cost?
You can have up to 4 IPs (1 main IP, 3 extra IPs) for free. In default your server has 1 IP assigned. If you need more than 4 IPs, we can assign you a block of IPs (8, 16, 32, 64, 128). If you want to request more IPs, please submit a support ticket. Please keep in mind that we are following the IPv4 policies (http://www.ripe.net/docs/ipv4-policies.html) of the RIPE NCC which is the responsible RIR for europe.
